Automatically Collected Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usage data: courses viewed, time spent, progress, quiz scores, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFV), IP address, and language settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytics data: crash reports, performance data, and how you interact with the App (via Apple\u2019s App Analytics and third-party services listed below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertising identifier (IDFA) \u2013 only if you have enabled \u201cAllow Apps to Request to Track\u201d (we respect your choice).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. How We Use Your Information<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We use the information we collect to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track your learning progress and personalize your experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process in-app purchases and deliver digital content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor analytics and understand how users interact with the App<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Third-Party Services &amp; Data Sharing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We use the following third-party services (all compliant with Apple\u2019s guidelines):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Apple<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Sign in with Apple, In-App Purchase, App Analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Firebase (Google)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Crashlytics, Analytics, and\/or Cloud Firestore <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> sell your personal information to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may share information only in these limited cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With your consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and have agreed to protect your data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To comply with laws or respond to lawful requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To protect the rights and safety of our users or the public<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Children\u2019s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Security<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We use industry-standard measures (encryption, secure servers, etc.) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. International Data Transfers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Your information may be transferred to \u2014 and maintained on \u2014 servers located outside of your country (e.g., United States).
